1. Who we are

Selfeey ("Selfeey", "we", "us") provides an AI Revenue Operating System for businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit our website, sign up, or use the platform. Selfeey acts as a data controller for website and account data, and as a data processor for the customer data our subscribers store in the platform.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, work email, phone, company details, and billing information provided at signup.

Usage data: product interactions, device and log information, and support communications, used to operate and improve the service.

Customer content: records our subscribers store about their own customers. Subscribers own this content; we process it solely under their instructions and our terms.

Website data: contact and demo-request form submissions, and analytics collected per the Cookie Policy.

3. How we use data

To provide and secure the service, process payments, respond to requests, send operational communications, and — with consent where required — product news you can opt out of at any time.

AI processing: prompts and responses flow through the Selfeey AI Gateway to deliver AI features. Customer content is not used to train foundation models. Organizations may bring their own AI provider keys (BYOAI), in which case their provider agreement governs model processing.

4. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the service (hosting, communications, payments, AI model providers), under contracts that bind them to confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Retention & security

Account data is retained for the life of the account plus legal retention periods. Audit-log retention follows the subscriber's plan. We apply industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation enforced on every request, role-based access, and comprehensive audit logging.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data. Requests to privacy@selfeey.com are honored within statutory timelines. Individuals whose data is stored by one of our subscribers should contact that business first; we support subscribers in fulfilling such requests.
